Registration Schedule

Guidelines for registration 30 April (Monday)
Submission of application documents April 30 (Monday) 9:00 ~ May 4 (Friday) 18:00
The announcement of acceptance May 25 (Wed) 10:00 (tentative)

Application Requirements

Those selected as a graduate student KGSP.
Individuals whose parents both have foreign citizenship and Koreans living abroad or foreign citizens who complete the entire program of education equivalent to primary and secondary education and higher education overseas Koreans.
Those who meet both 1) and 2), and has gained a Level 3 or above in HIGHLIGHTS (Test of Proficiency in Korean).

Recent graduate-level certificate
Copy of passport applicants and 'passports (or other official document showing the applicant and the parents of both parents nationality)
A letter of recommendation (from high school teachers, principals, etc.)
A personal statement and study plan [Form 2]
Portfolio (freestyle) for applicants for Department of Art
Reference document (optional) (Foreign language proficiency certificates, awards, certificates of qualification, high school brochures, etc.)

When a document is published in a foreign country, the original must be submitted. If not available on the application, however, you are allowed to submit the documents copied by the authority of your Language Institute. The original documents must be submitted after the announcement of admissions decisions.
Registration form and personal statement and plan of study should be completed in Korean or English.
Documents that are not in Korean or English must be submitted with a notarized Korean or English translation.
Admitted students must submit a certificate apostille or verified documents from the Korean consulate for their school certificate (transcript, diploma, etc.) to the Office of International Affairs at PNU before the beginning of the school.
Applicants may be required to submit additional documents for screening purposes.

Application Procedure

Acceptance decisions are based on the screening document only. The admissions committee selecting successful applicants with the overall evaluation based on documents submitted.
